This USA based client needed a warehouse to store goods to sell on Amazon in Europe. The bulk shipments for FBA need to be shipped to various EU countries. For future growth the warehouse must facilitate bonded to allow containers from Asia to be shipped over EU mainland and UK.
To open the direct channel online next to market places, fulfillment needs to be set up to ship to consumers.
Scoping services, setting up RFI, RFP, contracting a new call center. Building a full program to migrate, stabilize and optimize. Setting up governance to build Best in Class services.
